We welcome our new massage therapist, Tracy Peterson. I have 15 years of experience in many forms of massage therapy and herbal healiing. Including: Reflexology, Relaxation, Energy/Reiki, Deep Tissue, Hot and Cold Stone, and Therapy.  Couple massage by appointment only and walk-in's always welcome. • Deep Tissue Massage - for problem areas. This technique focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas.
• Trigger Point Therapy - is excellent for relieving congested target areas. It treats muscles and muscle attachments in layers from superficial to deep ligaments and connective tissues.
